I guess India doesn't understand that you can't tax your way out of a problem, the rest of the world is also suffering during this current situation and have to make drastic financial decisions.

It does make you wonder if Harley Davidson can survive at all under its present business design, I think we are going to see much more severe cut-backs in the near future.
