Re: King of the Baggers

Ya, another HD vs Indian rivalry in the making it seems.

Indian has signed on as a series sponsor, and is gonna have a support rig at each event.  Theyre gonna help anyone who shows up and runs an Indian.
Apparently both factories are putting a lot of stock in the old saying, win on Sunday Sell on Monday,

MotoAmerica.  A really good time for a guy that wants to be a racer.
For I think $125, any guy that holds an AMA Pro card can enter not only the bagger thing, but any event.
$750 for the entire series.

Think about it.  Somewhere there's a super talented guy or kid, wringing his Ninga out on the weekends, on his or some dealers dime.
Plunk down a grand, pull off some good finishes, maybe win a few, poof, you're on the world stage.

Ya, MotoAmerica.

A kinda Class C, Yankee Motogp, Rocky Balboa could be thing, all wrapped up in one.

Pretty cool really.

OK,, I'm plunkin down the $75 for the season pass just for this.
If I can't support this I deserve to loose my Heman Biker Trash Card.

I wish we could get some racing at Indi.

Well put on the entire ethos of the KRAVE effort with MotoA:

Access historical contact-networks.
Utilize understanding of the business.
Spend money.
Grow a future.

Ostensibly, Baggers don't reach me, at least traditional Baggers, of which these are derived.

What I like, is racing.

And this is racing.

Look at that lean angle.

I really appreciate the amount of energy this is generating and the eyeballs it is attracting.

That will feed MotoA and its program.

Secondarily what I like is the entirely brisk evolution of the Bagger handling platform.
In fact, I think I may enjoy that more than the racing itself. Especially if it creates a desire in the Bagger marketplace for motorcycles that handle well. Just because one does not live in the Adirondacks or the Sierras doesn't mean one cannot appreciate a corner well-traversed.

(Okay. My Buell has become a soft-bagger - now they just live on the tail. A function of old-age, perhaps? Always needing to carry something around. Today it was mule-ing some new oil filters for the GMC.)

Got the hookup today. Eyeing up the track in the land of cheese in the month of June. Trying to figure a way to schedule dialysis at a center in Sheboygan. Indi would make it easier. Pipe dream,,, the Barber race that was taken away switched to Indi.
Someone smarter than me needs to come up with a hemodialysis machine that runs off of a ICE. Or Apple needs an app.

Ostensibly,

.
???

adverb
apparently or purportedly, but perhaps not actually.

Used in a sentence;
Although Clyde had plans to spend the day with his mistress, ostensibly he appeared to be getting ready for work by packing his brief case.

Damn, I doubt it can happen, but if possible I will hope to be at Road America.

Yeah, you know what? Ostensibly i am edukatted enough for walking around, but I have no idea why i pulled that word out of my backside.

I should-uh just started with 'Baggers don't reach me.' I need strong editing, as in "don't type anything."

That is a heck of a lean angle. A lot of force on a patch the size of a Camel hard pack.
