Man, the f'ing rain has been a curse this year in so many ways that affect my selfish pursuit of motorcycling nirvana.  I promise that I will never complain about a drought ever again 🥺

Yikes! Had to watch the GP through my fingers. Crashfest (mess?). Not really an enjoyable race on multiple levels
Moto2 was a great race! Moto3 was "exciting" but since every Moto3 race is "exciting" is wasn't that exciting, know what I mean?

I really want to like and support MotoE, since it's the future whether we like it or not, but damn, even with reduced laps they are no faster than Moto3 250cc bikes. And the racing seems dictated by who makes more mistakes.  I guess those bikes are slow but hard to ride. There were only a smattering of fans in the stands for MotoE. Pretty sad, considering one of my favorite all time riders is in the series fighting for the title - Jordi "Spanish Elvis" Torres.

Definitely not a good weekend for the Factory Ducatis.
Amazingly Pecco escaped without serious injury. It could of been much worse. I’m glad it wasn’t. A lot of races coming up with not much healing time in between.

The Japanese riders are hurting.  Were it not for M. Marquez grabbing a tow behind Miller during Q1 he might of started at the rear with the rest of the Honda’s and Yamaha’s.

Definitely a dirty weekend.

The wind looked awful tearing at the flags above the front straight. Murky skies and dust in the air. Forbidding and foreboding.

I was not a fan of the announcers promising that Bagnaia would be back so soon, with my thoughts of Doohan's medical journey in the past, but am glad they have proven to be accurate.

Full-factory Ducati was out for the day, and Bastianini is not schedule to miss the next three meetings after getting steamrolled by Di Giannantonio's Ducati.
