Bagnaia and MM, on the factory Ducati team, one has to see them as favorites.
Martin, the Champion, wouldn’t it be nice to see him take it again. Left holding the bag, basically flipping off Big Red, going Aprilla, yeah. That would be cool to see him win it again. But, it’s a new team, new bike to him. I dunno… Jack going blue again, one of my favorite riders, another guy on a new bike. Plus, I think he started a family last year. Not a lot, imho, kills a racers instinct more than a little Jimmy sitting back home. Maybe getting hurt pretty bad. Or age and the waning of interest in just wanting to go really fast. He’s gonna be of help with the bike. He’s gonna make a good salary for his household. Nothing wrong with that. I hope I’m wrong, I’d love to see him on the box a few times. Maybe uncork one or 2. With the guys Yamaha has this year, he’s got just as good a chance as the rest of ‘em. The Honda boys, trying hard but maybe next year. KTM, the air of uncertainty clouds all in that camp. But then again, remember Suzuki and their last dance? |

Thank you for the list of who’s on what.
Good assessment on riders. Ktm seems to be on thin ice. I read 2025 is the last one around. My thought is it’s cheaper to finish the contracts out on sponsors promised a spot on the bikes, leathers and lids. Pity but it really makes sense for the company. . You meet some of the best folks behind bars. |
Cheaper than lawyers and such?

The last I read KTM was stopping at the end of 26.
