Speaking of Motogp.
Harley has decided to throw most of their effort into the Motogp Bagger class next year.
Goodbye MotoAmerica, thanks for giving us 6 years to introduce and refine bagger racing.

I was wondering if they were going to throw their hat in the ring. It really just makes since.
I don't understand why they didn't the first year. Maybe it was a contract deal they had with MotoAmerica.
Now the low buck guys are going to have to compete against the guy with the deep pockets. It will be interesting to see how that turns out.

I originally thought the whole idea of baggers racing world wide was a waste of money. Outside of 'Merica who would care. Then I read that over 50% of HD's Grand Touring bikes were shipped world wide in 2025.

I dunno.  I’d like to see the data HD considered when they made the dicision.

I mean, did they sell more bikes because guys wanted something close to what they could buy or not?

Apparently not, well not enough.

Just noticed they are close to bring the Road King back.
I vaguely remember seeing something awhile back about them discontinuing the Road King.
Did they actually do it?
I mean, that was like the backbone of their line.

Up about a buck.
Remember a few years ago it was $50.00.

I wonder what they would have to do to get it back up there. 🤔

@2Fat, that was a great trip definitely one for best trips I’ve had. To this day I can still hear the sound of you bitting your tongue at Colton‘s when we realized we got there right before they closed.

Cows come over to say hi

I agree, it was tops on my list. I still can't believe you rode that Z10 those many miles in that short of time.
My wrist and back hurt just thinking about it.

Was that in 2008?
It was. Here is another one from that trip.

And this one is from 2013. I believe it was on our way to the Spencer family gathering in AR

I miss them zx10’s. Put 28k on the first one and 36k on the second one.

Man, I don't think it will get there in our life time. Trikes are becoming big sellers for a reason. Riders are all getting old. Not has many people getting into bikes. I used to see herds of bikers on the back roads around here. Not as much as it used to be.

I live off a county road that a lot of bikes pass by on. When I moved there in 2000 every Saturday and Sunday I would hear packs of riders go by. Now it's mainly solo riders or a group of two or three. Not the 10+ that always went by on the weekends.
I guess electric scooters are too quiet. :)

I have noticed more kids out on electric bicycles. Hopefully this will get some wanting more.

Thanks for posting those. I lost a lot of my pics on a phone swap. I have some on an old computer at the house but I don't even know if it works anymore.

I really like the blues Z10. Good looking bike with a great sound.
