Toprak Has his hand on the title.

Much more confident than Rea.

Rinaldi had more speed and Toprak kind of let him have the point after leaning and barging on Rinaldi for a bit.
Razgatlioglu is fierce and calculating. Very much Lawson.

Bautista had a good run and battle in the second group following a high grid spot earned in the Superpole race. Redding led him to the line for third and Locatelli followed Bautista across the line in fifth.

Rea, an isolated sixth. The once mighty Kawasaki is looking heavy, bloated and stodgy. His was the only Green Machine running at the end, as four of five DNFs were Kawasaki. Lowes, involved in a stupid Turn1-2 crash where he was slow-speed assaulted by Cresson- or Eppis-machinery at walking speed. Sykes went down hard shortly after in the same location and his unconscious state led to a red flag and restart. He is being held for two days on hospital due to observe his recovery from a 'severe concussion'.

Davis out from the Superpole race with a Lumbar Contusion, and he will be replaced by Baz.

Our Man Gerloff spectacularly crashed on the sighting lap of Race 1 when he rode over a painted apex and highsided his one-off liveried Yamaha. He rode to a solid seventh in race 2, but continues to appear to be completely mind-fucked.
