you guys dont like political thoughts. so i will just tell the story and those riders with a brain can make their own opinion.

i brought this 63 BSA roller home. from a decent part of queens ny.



since it has a title and i have a brand new motor i spent 2 hours in traffic with a Uhaul bike trailer to get down there and buy it.

see all the stuff missing? tank, motor, etc. the seller started taking it apart to restore. its the first year unit bsa twin.

his garage was broken into and all those parts stolen. along with a land rover motor he was going to put in a MG. they didn't take the bike. so we figured the parts were sold to a scrap yard.
crime in new york city has skyrocketed. here too, but this is a prime case of stealing to support junkies drug buys. they just dont put these people away. if they get arrested they are out with no bail in an hour. right back at the stealing.
so i lucked out on this acquisition. but it sucks.
this guy didn't deserve this. seemed like a good middle class type dude.
our so called leaders are not protecting us. not doing their job. seems almost on purpose.
