Yes.  Your Quartarano swap was done on the no show rule.
Everyone gets, for this year anyway, one "at will" replacement.  
So yes, you have the right to make another swap.
Same with SpiesLives.  Morbidelli could be called a no show.  That leaves him one "at will".

Been toying with a replacement myself.  
There is a rider available that, well, let's just say may become a game changer in the second half.  
I've got an at will.  

But, all my guys are strong.......do I hold em, or go fishing.........🤔.
