Walker. Well I had to use one a couple of times. Had no choice. Also back brace that was a pia. But with gods grace I moved on to a cane and then with no help.
My wife wants me to use a cane now as I am having some  troubles , but I am not that bad yet.

A couple of friends had/have handicap plates in their bikes. I don’t . But I have the  placard for my car. It took me a long time to accept that I could use one. And it is a godsend .

You are a young man  and I know you well enuff thst inactivity is driving you bonkers.
It drives me crazy , sometimes, at other times I just want to be left alone to do nothing .
Old age I suppose . But I get tired of it all.
You will be back on your feet in time.
As much as I personally feel for you , and I really do , I feel you are going to be fine. You are in my prayers and the thing is, I don’t  get any intuitive red flags when I do .
So kept the faith .
