Reoccurring Dreams

So many two wheeled opportunities out there. All just poking at us. Whispering in our right ear. "Buy me. You know you wanna. You know we will be great companions. We will see great things, cover great roads and not have a care."

For me one of those is the Triumph Rocket 3 Roadster. I rode one on a demo days a few years back at a Triumph, Ducati, Aprilla, Vespa dealer and have not been able to shake it off.
The power of this three cylinder beast of a motor that when reved gives the bike a twist and the one grip rises higher than the other and you know this thing will rocket your arse into ludicrous speed with a tree trunk dragging behind.

Unfortunately/fortunately I've been seeing Rocket 3's popping up on Craig's List, Marketplace and eBay for some really fair prices and not a lot of miles. Just poking at me and calling me by name.

Today Marketplace kindly informed of a nice specimen 3 hours ago that is $7,500.00 with only 14,500 miles.



Unfortunately I've but myself on bike hold to try an get the house paid for by the end of this year so I guess I'm going to have to take a nap and dream.
