Harley’s RMCR Concept

The HD design guys have been playing around.

I can’t believe I’m thinking this, but the new one has much better lines and looks much sleeker.

I can’t see the foot pegs but I imagine they would be set back further than what I would consider comfortable.
Great concept.
They’re ask opinions. Who knows.

I dunno.
I’m so old school.
Kinda like the look of the twin shock.

Read the comments on the vid, every body seems to like it.

agreed.

anyway its too tall. and what's that FXR type mess on top the gas tank? if its a gas tank.
it could be worse. if they cleaned up the lines it would improve things. terrible how they just cant resist over designing stuff these days. maybe they will at least clean up the sportster ugly coolant can on them as it doesnt seem to stand out on this bike. and please get rid of the batman gas tank.

lol.
compared to other current stuff out there in the market place, its really not that bad. current "sportsters" suck and pan america , if that is the correct name, is unappealing as can be. live wire? my gawd no! new castrated ducatis? ug. i dont know what the japanese are putting out since they are way too prolific with stuff that looks the same i couldn't even tell you a model name. chinese ktm's? its too close to lunch to even think of ktm. with other exotics , perhaps a harely such as this is a good alternative. if they build it.

but yes, its not for me either.

I have to agree but the monoshock on the new Softail is a better suspension functionality wise but changing the battery is a HUGE PITA and the only way to jump start it is to clamp ground to a bolt or clamp, put the positive cable on a long screwdriver, turn your tongue to the left, reach in and touch the solenoid post and have someone else hit the starter button and pray to God that you don’t touch anything with your electrified screwdriver.

Battery is behind this plastic cover that has to be removed along with disconnecting abs wires and tying other wires back out of the way, release it from three clips, one you can’t reach so you just keep wiggling and prying until it releases and the pull it out.

The more I tinker with this bike the more I like my twin cam.
But that 117 cubic inch is a freakin’ brute.
