Interesting to date this picture, the Honda CB400 ('75-'77), the Jaguar is a Series II XJ6 ('73-'79), behind the Jag is a P6 Rover ('63-'77), a Mini ('59-2000) is alongside the Jag, and a Series III Ford Cortina ('70-'76) is alongside the Rover.

Note the Dunlop K81/TT100 "rear" tire on the front wheel of the Honda, something that was done back in the day to cure high speed handling problems of Japanese machines when fitted with standard ribbed front tires.

The Honda doesn't have a front license plate, something that was illegal in the UK prior to 1975 (where obviously this picture was taken).

And of minor note, the Honda is missing its left-hand mirror.
