It appears to be a mutt. Or mongrel. Or bitsa.
Looks to be an Indian front end.
With a Harley motor and frame.

It seems both Harley and Indian dropped the front cylinder on some V Twin models back then, and made a plate to cover the hole the front cylinder left.

That's what a few guys I've talked to are saying.

I see bottle caps too. I think Indian saw Tom Toms.
