In Boston, there were very few motorcycles on the road, but the were clouds of 150cc scooters making deliveries.

Apparently, Wisconsin has motorcycles. Even at the airport.

Employee spot? Maybe?
I will try to check it out on the outbound.
Many machines out here, of all the types.
Some crazy high apes.
Attractively bizarre.

One of the hospitals in the big city that I frequent all to often has free parking for motorcycles. Typically see mostly scooters parked there.
I don’t think I’d risk my life to save five bucks to ride in downtown St. Louis. People drive pretty selfishly down there and the cops have way bigger fish to fry.

Because of some recent events of tourists getting hurt bad they have finally decided to do something about it. I hope they can get it worked out. There has been some major events that bring in millions have had the promoters pull out of the city because of some issues have hit national news.
Pity really. St. Louis has a lot of potential because of it’s central location.

If San Jose’s airport had free longterm parking that was insight of everyone like Milwaukee’s, I’d risk Ratana, and I’m already be-bopin’ around the area anyway. My own small risk vector.

A great set up for thieves as well.

I don’t blame u one bit .
I certainly wouldn’t risk it .
It doesn’t have to just be aggressive drivers , it’s idiot drivers that can kill or maim riders. Yes some are the same animals , but idiots suck!

My brother lived in St. Louis when he worked for the dept of defense . It wasn’t bad then. Stan Musial was still a hero .

We had a guy on cw whom was a cop. I forget if it was sheriffs dept , city or county cop.
In St Louis . If I recall they played around with jurisdictions for a while. I wish I could remember his name .

St. Louis used to be a good city not that long ago. It was north St. Louis and east St. Louis that were high crimes.
It wasn’t until circuit attorney Kim Gardner got in that downtown became so bad.
She let criminals go free by not prosecuting people that committed criminal acts. I’m mean real crimes. Robbery, break ins, car theft not to mention traffic violations so it became known that you could get away with just about anything. Even the folks in jail have taken it over a couple times while she was in office because they knew they would get away with it.

Fortunately in June 2023 after much media coverage she stepped down instead of being ousted.
Now the new administration is starting the process of cleaning up her mess.
It will take awhile but hopefully he can turn it around. There is a lot of good concert venues, museums and restaurants downtown.
There is one Italian joint that we would have group rides to. I’d like to be able to that again.

I totally agree 💯

I’d love to do a black and orange scheme on my Low Rider and my 55 F100.
If I could only retire.
I really enjoy laying down some nice paint.

Re: New England trip.

Such an FJ mystery in the grocery store loading dock bay.

Not burned in place.
Maybe a weird fire on a 40-year old bike somewhere in the lot, and then someone dragged the carcass (with attendant rubble) out of the way?
Maybe a theft and a joyride? Spinning the rear tire down to the rim and setting the plastics under the bike on fire?
But the rear wheel ‘spokes’ (?) look like they were busted off, instead of ground down… but maybe that is how that trick ends?
Maybe the entire rig went off the road and smashed the rim off of hub, yet the rest of the bike doesn’t seem bent up by such a violent excursion.

I’d love to have the distressed Vance&Hines exhaust off it …. Would not like getting tagged for a theft.
