Ya that’s a Titan.
Total basket case 2 years ago.
Everything was great on it, disassembled it down to the spokes even.

One problem was it ran a bit rich.  
It’s a smoker for sure.  
After all morning in the back of the pack,
after a noon break I made sure I was up front, in clean air lol.

8 hrs, a bit over 200 miles, for a bunch of coke a cola cowboys was a bit much.

I mean, asprin and Advils were popping out like popcorn at lunch.

That Royal Enfield above, now that thing was beautiful.

I mean, just beautiful.

It came from the same estate my motoguzzi did.

But, and he’s a younger guy, after 2 hours of being all hunched up over the tank, he was standing up to get some blood in his legs and feeling in his lower back.

Talking about it at the break, he even said maybe it wasn’t the right bike for all day rides.

There were 2 goldwing guys there, they didn’t say anything, just kind of smirked a bit.

So he must carry a backpack full of plugs.
I dint know those bike very well but making your riding buddies sick is horrible.
I would shut off the oiler and use pre mix untill I could figure it

Late model Gold Wings suck .
Bags suck .
Smirking assholes suck.
I wouldn’t ride with klownz like that.

I thought about saying something, but kept it to myself.
I don’t know what he was running, but it for sure wasn’t
Blendzall.  

I mean, nothing beats the smell of Blendzall in the morning.

I was kinda surprised, he finished the ride with no trouble.
And a few, 2 or 3 guys, just split and went home halfway thru.

We have another one coming up this weeknd.
The guy that organizes these belongs to a Church.

It will be a lot of riders.
Like 50 vs the dozen we had last week.

And I’ll be the only guzzi guy there.

Too much junk on that bike.

I don’t like riding in big groups.
Of course I am not riding at all.
But with so many differences in motorcycles , and levels of riding competence etc , I wouldn’t if I could.
We used to get a dozen or so in the old days but that was an almost daily deal and was all one bunch of pals with tge same agenda.

It is more diversified but I usually stayed with my preferred riders .
I have been a  , I forget what you call it . I worked parades for MD fund raisers . But I quit even riding in that kind of thing. People get killed . And it’s not really any fun . Way too many azz klownz.  
I sorely miss running thru a few gears.  Hopefully I will get back to it in some form

Your Guzzi is sweet. It’s the Guzzi I would own to ride . I considered buying one when the guzxi dealer was in my area . But they kept updating the model so I held off. Now a Guzzi dealer is not close. Yours is nicer looking more like what became the Special .
 I am glad you haven’t ruined it. Lol.

The trike. Well they are beyond my budget.
And the people that buy them don’t seem to hang on to them long. Some dealers have dozens of used ones in stock . I think the Freewheeler is more my style. I have also seen aftermarket kits on sportsters that appeal to me.
The issue with HD trikes is the solid rear  axle.i belive , not sure but I think the latest HD ones have independent rears now. Too pricey .
I would consider converting my /2 or shovelhead to a trike.

Looks like great fun Grado. I'm glad your enjoying that Guzzi. It's a looker for sure.

I wonder what it's like riding a 500 2 stroke? The biggest 2 stroker I ever rode was a RM250. Scared the crap out of me. I couldn't reach the ground so it was like riding a wild stallion across across the field.

The pre 2026 trikes do have a live axle. The differential is on the axle. I had a '15 Freewheeler when going through knee issues. It was ok for puttin around town but wasn't a whole lot of fun in the corners and all day rides. When my knee got better I traded it in on the Low Rider ST.

Last fall the knee got infected again for the 4th time. After four take apart and scrapings the knee is trash.
I can still ride solo but not two up on two wheels.

I looked into the 2026 trikes because I heard they revamped them.
HD changed the rear end to a De Dion axle design that uses a rigid connecting axle with CV shafts so that the differential is nor mounted to the chassis instead of the axle so it no longer bounces with the wheels.
This took around 70 pounds off of the axle. It reduces unsprung weight so the wheels react faster when hitting bumps.

They also added Watts links to help with the side to side movement caused when one tire hits a hole. This took the constant rolling effect out that I disliked about my Freewheeler.
The shifting of the weight would cause the handle bars to go left or right depending on what side the hole was on.
They also gave the trikes another 3" of rear suspension travel which they desperately needed.

I didn't believe the hype at first but I went and test rode one and was taken back by the improvements.
To give it a good test I took it across some train tracks in a curve. The handling is a lot better. A lot less rolling from side to side and the corning is tons better. I was impressed. So much so I traded the Low Rider in on a Road Glide 3. Now the wife is back in the breeze.

Before riding the new trike I thought our rides together were done and a sport car was the next thing.
I prefer to have the knees in the breeze and so does she.

Well that’s super interesting .
Maybe I will still be alive when the 2026 trikes become affordable used. But I doubt it .
I don’t really like riding 2 up and I don’t really want to take my wife . I mean we used to .
But she was skinny and young lol.
I don’t think I could tie up thst much cash and or debt.
The Dyna superglide was the last one she was on . We went to Sam the clams.far enuff to be a ride but not so far that 2 up became a nuisance.
That was a fairly large bike and I did put a short sissy bsr backrest . Mustang day tripper seat . So there wasn’t an abundance of room. Unfortunate she got bigger and I got weaker. So that bike went.
The last passenger was on my ? Now your, hinkley. My daughter and I got blasted by serious downpour. There was 2 inches of water on everything even on sloped road
Oh well .

I had a kawi 500 triple as a young man. I can still feel it in my bones . Wow. But I lived thru it. lol.

Well tomorrow is another injection day .
