But yeah, I get it, they all want dirt track style photo finishes with it all going down the the last event of the year.

2 weeks of Moto.
Most all the venues.
Super cross. Dirt track. Drag racing. Enduro. Road racing.
The warm beach.
Bikinis.
And some motogp

Is the Slippery Noodle still there? Fun music and decent bar food. I also liked the meatloaf at Weber's Grill. And the pork chops at St Elmos were tasty and humongous.

Not been to either of those but the Slippery Noodle looks like a great joint.
